Toronto » Bar » West Queen West » Lounge
Long considered Toronto's hippest boutique hotel, credit it for revatilizing the West Queen West scene. Artists, actors, rockstars, design fiends and creative class hangers on, both local and abroad, use The Drake's quarters as their appropriately named crash pad. There's too much activity to even want to sleep but if one must, it will always be in style. Each of its 19 rooms are customized, whether it be restored brick walls, unique wallpapers or a ladder leading to your lair, all equipped with modern amenities for the gadget geek. No wonder it's one of the top rated hotels amongst the best travel publications. If you're not staying there use the Drake lounge, underground and rooftop to get approprioately inebriated with out-of-towners. Thanks for putting Toronto on the map Jeff Stober.
