The Drake Hotel

Despite the hype and controversy that it cleaned up Parkdale's image, The Drake is home to anti-establishment digs compared to other boutique hotels. Artists, actors, rockstars, design fiends and its hanger ons, local and abroad, use The Drake's quarters as their appropriately named crash pad. There's too much activity to even want to sleep but if one must, it will always be in style. Each of its 19 rooms are customized, whether it be restored brick walls, unique wallpapers or a ladder leading to your lair, all equipped with modern amenities for the gadget geek.
