Reincarnation of the orig Eagle bar, shuttered in 2000, retains reputation for love of leather, S&M and general hedonism. Spacious two floor spread along with West Side highway, complete with rooftop for fresh air/cig breaks. Crowd who once frequented the historic Chelsea outpost now mingles with young patrons still down with the S&M aesthetic.
