The Eatery

Editorial Review

It's a strange place to find such good sushi, but cash-strapped students Jericho beach picnickers have kept it flying off the plates (and donburi bowls) for years. You can do takeout, but you'd miss the fun. From the "Miso Horny" neon sign to the manga/Astro Boy-inspired menu graphics to the toys and pop art tributes at the merch counter, the décor is all funky, no stuffy. And the food? If all you wanted to do here was sit, they’d call it The Sittery.
