The Exchange

Editorial Review

Former Lava Lounge spruced up a touch classier and a bit more vintage, now it's all about the cocktails. As in, your regular old vodka soda is now made with local (Madison, WI) Death's Door vodka and Michael Carroll's (formerly at Alinea) homemade sodas with flavors like orange-basil-fennel. Throw in a drink list designed by Peter Vestinos (Sepia) and punch served in giant cut-glass bowls, and you'll never be thirsty again.
