Designed like a cavernous, old library with bookshelves, leather banquettes and recessed lighting, this massive restaurant in the JW Marriot has former Cibo Matto chef Todd Stein behind the menu. Early favorites: Squid ink pasta, duck egg carbonara, braised short ribs, and pizzas that come piping-hot from the beautiful, wood-burning modern oven.
