The Gallery Cafe

Editorial Review

Don’t let the touristy location and lack of table service fool you. In good weather, the powerlunchy, Euro-style patio with its crisp, white canvas umbrellas is a favorite of the city’s bona fide socialites, hence the excellent array of salads and vegetarian options, as well as heartier items like daily soups, paninis and quiches. In wintertime, even if you’ve seen all the art next door and cleaned out the gift shop, it’s still a perfect spot to warm up after ice skating at Robson Square. Wine selection is surprisingly strong – and affordable - both by the glass and bottle.
