After a few starts and stops, The Gorbals (named after a Glasgow neighborhood) is finally open, they say this time for good. Ilan Hall makes it a tad celeb chef-y, the concept, which is charmingly likened to date rape, might intrigue some foodies. Manischewitz-braised pork belly, bacon-wrapped matzoh balls...you get it. Plus items like a haggis burger. Menu changes frequently, and there's a kitchen counter if you're into watching cooks in action.
