Find a train station, knock down the walls, let the trees keep growing in the middle. That's the look of The Hudson, with some white leather and burgundy accents to keep it from being too, too sauvage. Lots of beer, some on tap, upscale bar food like (the ubiquitous) fancy mac n' cheese, plus meats served on planks. Fairly classy outdoor rustic vibe, save for the HDs blasting sports....something for everyone, perhaps.
