Sean Heather's gastro-colonization of Gastown began with this authentic modern Irish classic. From bangers and mash (with homemade sausage) to pot pies, the food is stick-to-your-ribs goodness that pairs perfectly with Guinness, Harp or one of many other celtic-inspired libations. Stylish decor blends concrete and glass with an antique wood snug and modern steel barstools. Ask about their popular Long Table Series, table d'hôte evenings of foodie fun, many with cocktails, tasters, entrees and desserts, some including a keynote speaker.
