One of the major features of the Hard Rock's massive renovation is a brand new Joint, located in the new building. The new venue is nearly twice the size of the old one but somehow feels less like an "airplane hangar," with the exception that the exits are still too few and too small (unless you like leaving your rock shows in the same manner as a sheep going down a slaughter chute.) The sound system is also an improvement on the old one and has been enjoyed by the likes of Bob Dylan, Muse, the Killers, and Carloas Santana in an ongoing gig.
