Chatwal Hotel's throwback restaurant a tribute to its Stanford White-designed landmark digs. Snags name from legendary theatrical group (Fred Astaire, Will Rogers) who once convened here for a little tap dancing and steer roping. Popping red Art Deco décor sets the scene for Sasha Petraske's snappy vintage cocktails: Gold Rush, Cherry Fix. Seasonal American from Geoffrey Zakarian plated at the leather banquettes.
