Editorial Review

There’s a picture of Conan and Andy behind the register at this family restaurant, where the portions are enormous (people gasp), and if you end up with pancakes or waffles, be prepared for someone to roll you home in a wheelbarrow. From the hairspray-helmet-haired waitresses to the brown booths and ring-bottomed water glasses, everything here is old school. Even the hot turkey sandwich served slathered with gravy on shockingly white bread takes you back to a '50s you never knew. Hard to miss; there’s a gigantic Abe Lincoln head on the sign.
