Editorial Review

It's cheap. It's ugly. It's great! Juicy smoked meat, dill pickles, and a lot of sadsack saps looking to fill the gap after a night of boozing. The Main has been around since the 60s and it shows. You can even kinda taste it in the meat. It's a tried and true recipe that could give Schwartz's a run for its money in an arm wrestling contest -and speaking of manhandling meat, there's a certain charm in watching the guys behind the counter grab that slab and slap it on the slicer. Go medium, not lean, extra mustard, and a side of fries. And there's nothing like eating a big fat rib steak in a greasy green vinyl booth.
