Fifth Group Restaurants commissioned local hot chef Shaun Doty to craft a casually hip, fun Mexican menu. Throw in some frozen mojitos, eco consciousness, and a kitschy mural starring the likes of Mexican wrestlers and Frida Kahlo. It’s a bodyslam of in-the-now Mexican where Vi-Hi’s attractive regulars bypass a culinary siesta with tacos, piled-high Mexican pizza and more featuring ingredients like all-natural meats. Worthy of a tip of the sombrero.
