Perhaps the best live music venue in the city, the Pearl has hosted performers from Tool to Eddie Izzard to Mary J. Blige and events like the MTV Video Awards. The large space has movable wall panels that allow bands with smaller audiences to maintain good acoustics and not feel lost in the room. Watch out for that hellish line at the bar, though.
