The Monte Carlo's been trying to update their image as of late, and the slick new (brew) Pub is one of the major efforts. Over 50 beers on tap and a make-your-own burger bar are the perfect compliment to walls of TVs and live music acts that are heavy on the cleavage and the Top 40 covers.
