Look is just shabby enough to offset the potential pretentiousness of the couture cocktail club, and the darkened downstairs den's ideal for things that go bump in the night. DJ spins to crowd akin to Beatrice Inn kiddies, with fewer Dunsts and Olsens in the mix (which is a good thing). Ask the, er, bar chefs for a kamikaze and watch them cringe.
