Mixology: There goes the neighborhood. Masterful concotions prepared by serious dudes in vests with excellent mustaches. Look is just shabby enough to offset the potential pretentiousness of the couture cocktail club, and the darkened downstairs den's ideal for things that go bumps in the night. DJ spins to a crowd that's akin to Beatrice Inn kiddies, with fewer Dunsts and Olsens in the mix (which is a good thing). Ask the, er, bar chefs for a kamikaze shot and watch them cringe.
