The Refinery

Editorial Review

Resurrecting and redirecting a beloved space (and name) from Vancouver's hipster past, The Refinery soothes the old ghosts with top-down green design from pressed, recycled wood tables to floors made of old tires. Market style means mezze plates and butcher's boards laden with charcuterie, mustards, olives, cheeses and seafood, paired with salads and winning flatbread combos made fresh daily. Try the goat cheescake for dessert, and saddle up a fresh liver so they can pour you through a truly superb cocktail list.
