The roof (natch) of La Casa del Camino Hotel, which is alright, but seems like most focus is on the top floors. Restaurant right below Rooftop, order food from there if really looking to do it up. Expensive drinks, but you're paying for rights to the view. Once the sun goes down, plenty to stare at still. People-watching is like a "Best of OC" collection.
