The granddaddy of hotel bars, the Rose Bar hasn't seemed to lost an ounce of its allure—or its action. Of course, locals know it's best to hit The Delano during the week, but even a weekend madcap can be forgiven on occasion—and it always is. Still lush, still plush, and still generating that Cannes-meets-a-night-on-Mars effect that's perfect for striking curious poses.
