Scene of many a Nineties era long dark nights of the soul, not to mention the ghosts of scenesters past, The Savoy boasts the kinda luxury South Beach would be better known for if things like taste and understatement were truly taken into consideration. That's not to say it's not swank; it's just to say they don't have to scream about it. Maybe it's the private beach that does it.
