Packed, beloved Irish Pub with snug basement dance den is huge at happy hour every day. Almost impossible to sit down on the ground floor after work, due to hordes of local professionals and expats who haunt this part of Barrio Norte. Bit of a pick up scene over Guinness on tap (one of BA's first to serve the dark elixir). Basement turns into a cozy dance den certain nights. And there's a small cover.
