The Slanted Door

Editorial Review

Third location of this local favorite is a charm. Huge and bustling room aswarm with fashionable eaters (Isn’t that Mick Jagger?). Food as sparklingly fresh and incredible as the ocean view. Noisy as a lunchroom cafeteria, but sounds are happy ones. Eclectic crowd feasting on cellophane noodles with Dungeness crab, claypot catfish, spicy squid. Everything Charles Phan touches turns to gastronomic gold. Yes please, and then some.
