What to say when new owners clean up a neighborhood dive, and the cleaner nicer place goes by the potentially offiensive moniker The Sloppy Tuna? Not much, really. Improving the food this season is new chef Reed Lucas working out of a new second floor restaurant space dubbed Rocky's Roofdeck. Also new this season: beach bar. It's about time.
