Standard Hotel makes a third splash with sprawling biergarten action. White plastic furniture keeps pretense in check, as does menu's focus on draughts and sausages. Bitburger pils, weisswurst, bratwurst, currywurst. Pretzel wenches dressed in the dirndl equivalent of a tuxedo t-shirt. Under-the-Highline roost good for checking out Standard Grill and MePa traffic. Plenty of seats (could fit about 300 in here), dual Ping-Pong tables should you get restless. Good pick for a leisurely sunset cocktail.
