The Tar Pit

Editorial Review

Mark Peel is a culinary hero to many, running Campanile for so long. It's home to anniversary dinners, etc., for many. Now, he's adding a splash of liquor to the festivities at The Tar Pit, where he does small plates while cocktail experts from New York provide the libations. Space is sprawling and Art Deco-inspired, with dishes like steak and kidney pie to match the aura. Expect a collection of booze that traces the drinking trends of the last half-century.
