The Teahouse

Editorial Review

Re-branded and reopened after 30 years at Ferguson Point, to many The Teahouse is as Vancouver as Stanley Park itself. Chef Carol Chow's strengths range from simple carrot soup to delicate fish and a Dijon dressed beef carpaccio. Surprising bargains on the liquor menu include several wines by the bottle below $40, and scotches all under $8. A fave for weddings and pink-tickled rendezvous on the patio, the warmth of the service makes even a place this beautiful more memorable.
