The once down-and-dirty go-go bar on the southwest corner of 11th and Callowhill Streets receives a tasteful facelift, throwing back to the eras where Barbarella-clad dancers took stage on bar-top boxes. Tackle retro-inspired tipples, from whiskey sours, craft bourbons, ryes, and classic cocktails (try the Diablo Cody), or opt for the only thing modern in the dimly-lit joint—fourteen hard-to-find craft beers on tap, including two hand pumps. Arrow Swim Club expat/chef Travis Messner oversees a from-scratch, nostalgic bar snacks menu highlighting nibbles like pickled pigs feet, beef jerky, deviled eggs, Thanksgiving Pot Pie, and even, a Jell-O mold dessert.
