BlackBook Lowdown

Opened with a bang on New Year’s 2009, quickly established itself as a legit choice for young people who like loud house music in dark spaces. From owner DJ M3 of the Green Gorilla Lounge collective, draws a mix of Art Academy kids and grizzled nightlife vets. Dark wood space defined by big gleaming chandelier. Nightclub food is typically “meh,” but the butternut squash and bacon pizza is actually dope.
