The former Kildare's in Headhouse Square dips into a booze-soaked revival, in a world of fine bourbons and blues that's cozy amongst a menu of char-grilled, BBQ grub. The 4,000 sq ft haunt, divided into three areas, features a rustic Southern restaurant with a horseshoe-shaped bar, a lounge lined with bourbon barrel chairs, and the live music “Juke Joint” papered in vintage sheet music. $5 small plate menu is perfect for sharing. Sixteen beers on draft, 40 in bottles and house-crafted cocktails liven an otherwise one-dimensional drink menu.
