Clipboard-wielding doormen holding down the frenzy outside, superstar celebrities popping in at the last minute and scantily clad young women dancing on platforms add to the fun of this after-hours VIP lounge in the old Harry's Velvet Room space. Owned by the guys behind Rockit, Underground is designed to look like the inside of a bomb shelter. You'll find fatigues on staffers, but not on customers as this bottle-service loving crowd intentionally dresses to impress.
