Open kitchen turns out seasonal eats with French accents. Crispy sweetbreads, poached duck eggs, boudin blanc. Regional microbrews, or raise a glass to northern Mississippi with an applejack brandy and black tea Jr . Kimbrough. Offshoot of Michelin-starred Saul features Saul himself plus Ben Daitz from Num Pang, so you know quality's going to be through the roof.
