More choices than you could ask for under one roof, plus impeccable vintage design cred. On the main floor, besides a terrific selection at the hotel restaurant, is the city's only authentic 1950s Tiki Bar, set under a dreamy, dusk-blue 'starlit' ceiling. Downstairs, a massive, three-chambered funkbunker, complete with cabaret space (and fabulous original mid-century Polynesian mural), bamboo-zy stand-up bar, and at the far end, the mischievious, intimate Hideaway, often aglow with trippy multimedia projections and well-curated cross-platform art shows. Don't forget to order something in a coconut and snap your next profile pic in one of the awesomely retro bathrooms.
