Editorial Review

It may look like just another hot-dog stand with picnic tables out front, but this is where you go for the best late-night chardogs and charburgers in the city and to be verbally manhandled by the saucy ladies behind the counter. At his last show in Chicago, Tom Waits recounted going here daily, each day's parting insult worse than the last, culminating in being called a "dickweed." Who gets away with that? Rude, obnoxious, awesome.
