Designed by Chicago architect Jackie Koo with interiors done by Cheryl Rowley, the Wit holds 238 rooms and enough killer views to make Sears seem superfluous. TheWit not only dislikes spaces in its name, but it also hates letting go of the caps lock key: SCREEN is the luxurious multimedia screening room, ROOF is the ultimate year-round rooftop lounge with fire pits, live music, and (um, sure) telescopes. Full spa treatment is available, as is a health club, two other restaurants, a couple bars, and peace of mind that theWit employed many eco-friendly decisions when putting all these amenities together.
