The personal table of this rising chef shines when he’s out of Baccarat and in the kitchen. Seasonal New French menus feature inspired, sometimes audacious, takes on traditional dishes: Cream of cauliflower with white truffle, mango-crabcake ravioli in coconut milk, scallops with mashed beets, pheasant with penne gratin and roasted figs. Rust-colored space, decked with Burlot’s own amateur b&w photo prints, has a vague ’70s living-room vibe but always buzzes with happy foodies and hip-to-it tourists. For a larger group, book the more private VIP space behind the frosted glass. €26/32 menus, €59 tasting. Closed Saturday lunch and all day Sunday.
