Big ole black-glass tower sitting astride Allen and Orchard. As with the other Thompsons, enviable mix of luxury and cool. Pool, spa, concierge you can hit up at 4am. Stunning views from lightly industrial rooms, very now, sporting very New York grays and blacks. Brutalism nod in exposed-concrete ceilings. Sferra linens, Frette robes, Dean & Deluca for the mini-bar. Probably not going to bring down the area’s douchebag density much, but at this point what would?
