Tía Pol

Editorial Review

Realest Basque in town. Creative variations on Spanish finger foods. Slender, cozy, but smoking hot, perpetually packed and lively. Tough to get a table and list applies to bar, so don't hinge your ego/life on it. Sangria comes correct. Spicy chorizo with chocolate is a lot of people's idea of heaven. Squid in ink and salt cod overload. Impeccable Spanish wine list. Croquettes change daily, all the excuse you need to hit tri-weekly.
