Roncesvalles used to be known more for polish delis than fair trade coffee houses but somehow it works for the bourgeoning young professionals moving into the Parkdale and High Park communities. The two-level space is welcoming -lots of bright orange chairs juxtaposed against white walls. The lower level is ideal for arty types working on their lap tops while munching on mainly organic bites. Tinto's commitment to educating its community on global politics and sustainable living is well displayed through postcards for sale and its menu.
