Tocqueville 13 prides itself on patent chic- sort of like a diner on ecstasy, but more respectable. The mirror-filled restaurant is unusually sultry, yet somehow elegant. A fine fusion of a French and Italian bistro creates exciting and varied plates. The stylish drinks are great- but nothing compares to the mixing on the dance floor.
