Working the shiny open kitchen, Colicchio lays out greenmarket-driven fair with trademark flair. Crab and sea urchin fondue, monkfish and bone marrow, duck with spiced prunes. Exposed-brick Craft annex space keeps things intimate. Note that being in the presence of greatness doesn't come cheap, nor particularly convenient—shop's only open every other Tuesday, and you'll need that rezzie way in advance.
