Considered best restaurant in Argentina for longest time running. Passion fruit parfait, mushroom ravioli, avocado with gravlax all superb. Slow foodies love chefs/sisters Ada y Hebe Concaro for designating one sous chef per table, meaning there is tender love and care for all. Recently re-did the shabby decor - but you're not there for the ambiance. Implicit dress code, power lunch crowd in the afternoon, so look the part. Prix fixe @ 150 pesos includes top fight Argentine vinos like Luigi Bosca. High brow TV and Colon theater stars make the scene.
