This local taco chain panders to stereotypes. The "Trailer Park" consists of fried chicken. The "Republican" is mostly sausage. And the "Dirty Sanchez" is full of scrambled eggs. Never mind the flavor of the month. Perhaps it's their way of taking life not so seriously. After all, these tacos are as filling and full of flavor as the clientele and the staff.
