A frequenter of Boston's Best lists (we're talking about you, lobster mac n' cheese), Tremont is as reliable as restaurants come. It's frequently changing menu never disappoints. Chef/owner Andy Husbands -- of Hell's Kitchen "fame" -- creates ballsy Americana concoctions like oregano-encrusted sea bass and BBQ Alaskan salmon. All ingredients are locally grown, so your well-being is taken care of.
