Tresor

Editorial Review

Another post-industrial techno club vying for affections of dilated pupils everywhere. Direct descendent of UFO, original club to harvest Germany's hardcore techno movement, Tresor (vault) reopened a few years back in new power plant digs to massive hype among giddy club kids. Sound system pounds on three cramped floors of artificial fog and ecstatic techno addicts, reveling in raw interior of stripped-down post-industrial decay. Door's not as hostile as Best Club Ever Berghain and darkroom sex less pervasive, but cover still runs €10-15. Not a bad trade off depending on your priorities.
