The loss of the venerable rock dive the Abbey Lounge was a blow to scenesters. Trina's Starlite fills the PBR-sized void with a classy take on a lounge dive. Retro kitsch, southern comfort food and some of the best cocktails in Somerville. No surprise there, the bar is owned and operated by vets from bar scene favorites like Silvertone, Highland Kitchen and City Bar. You don't necessarily need a scally cap and black-rimmed glasses to drink here, but it doesn't hurt.
