Tropicana at the Roosevelt Hotel

How did this become the top pick? It is very pretty yes I will completely agree with that, and the food is pretty tasty, but the music and vibe is far from chill. It's more like they are playing kiss fm, perhaps that is the kind of image they are looking for. As someone that lives in the Hollywood area I thought this would be a cool place to frequent regularly, but it's just more of the same music, with more of the same crowd that think they are just too cool, even if they're not.
