Revamped Castle Harbor site is the new kid in town. So far it blows us away and pleases in most every way by blending past charms with modern comforts. The paint is still drying on these elegant villas and opera-house manor chambers surrounded by light blue warm waters, emerald hills, and pink sand. In addition to rooms tailored with bespoke British furniture, balconies, and bathrooms so spacious and charming we'd marry them, a palm-lined walkway to the pool soaks in the sun while another swimming sanctuary has cabanas in the shade beside the sea. A spa, fitness center, garden, and tai chi laws awaits to restore, while heavily applauded golf awaits to frustrate. The food among five restaurant options is sublime, with a focus on fine wines.
