When it was Tuman's Alcohol Abuse Center, it wasn't unusual to see leather-jacketed patrons literally fall off their barstools or pass out on the pool table spread-eagle. Following a 2003 rehab that ditched the pool table, but restored the original glory of the space's late-1800s architecture, Tuman's is a clean, respectable pub with a none-too-shabby bar menu. We'd mention the outdoor seating except that it's always full. Really. Don't even bother checking. Those people camp out there at night.
