Audrey Claire has put a lot of energy into helping put Philly on the map restaurant wise (and in her spare time she's a motivational speaker and one of those 40 under 40 people - I am Black Book's unrestrained jealousy). As much as we'd love to say something snarky here, we can't. Twenty Manning is another winner, with lovely French/Asian dishes that won't set you back much (the Seared Tuna entre is $22 for instance), outdoor seating, and unlike her eponymous place up the street, a full bar.
